John Cunningham, National University of Ireland, Galway, “Writing the life story of Tom Glynn (1881-1934): syndicalist, labour, journalist and anti-war campaigner.’

The first MISS seminar for 2017 will be Dr John Cunningham, National University of Ireland, Galway, the 2017 visiting O’Donnell Fellow.

@ THE ORATORY, NEWMAN COLLEGE, Swanston St, Parkville.

When entering from Swanston Street, turn right into the main College building and up the stairs on the right of the corridor. Pre-seminar drinks will be at 6 p.m. and the paper will commence at 6.15 pm.

Those who wish to do so may join the group for dinner and/or a drink after the seminar at Naughton’s Hotel in Royal Parade.
