MISS Seminar: Shane Lynn, University of Toronto, “England’s soft underbelly” : Canada and Irish Revolution

Shane Lynn, PhD candidate at the University of Toronto will present

“England’s soft underbelly? Canada and Irish revolution.”
The paper will explore how Irish nationalists imagined British North America, and follow  some common threads through various revolutionary plots against Canadian targets between 1797 and 1922.
